Circe is a san-serif typeface consisting of a variety of weights from Thin to Extra Bold. Similar to its name sake, the Greek sorceress Circe, the typeface is adept in metamorphosis. Typically clean and simple, Circe is also capable of complexity when considering its glyph variations, one such character being the asterisk*.
* Typically the asterisk is used when indicating a footnote, clarifying a statement, or censoring inappropriate language. Basically notifying the reader that there is some form of additional information.
